Why I had to start Jiyo100Saal

I’m Gurjot Narwal, founder of Jiyo100Saal and Gini Health. As a son, husband, father — and an engineer who chose healthcare — I’ve seen too many lives cut short or diminished by preventable decline. Losing close friends to cancer and diabetes in my twenties forced a question: how do we help people thrive, not just survive, at 100?

Over 13 years I’ve built personalized health from the ground up: genetics-driven nutrition, digital programs, senior care, and a multi-specialty hospital. Coming from outside medicine and spending years inside it, I learned this the hard way: we must change the foundation—shift healthcare from fighting sickness to building function and vitality.

Jiyo100Saal is the culmination of that thesis: a movement to help you move freely, think clearly, enjoy food, feel energized, and stay healthy for decades. My aim is bold—help millions of individuals, across thousands of cities and hundreds of countries—starting here in Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula, North India.
